Prayer Time

This afternoon my sister-in-law, Allison, was rushed to the hospital with a high fever and chills. By late afternoon it looked serious and in a couple of hours she undergoes surgery for a rare condition that is caused by being neutropenic ( no white blood cells to fight infection). It's a very rare condition that her oncologist has only seen once before....and that case was Betsy - Allison's sister. It's serious and my brother is a wreck. If you like to pray, please send out some good ones for my sister-in-love (as Mayra pronounces it).

As with all aspect and people in your life...sending healing thoughts and energy to your sister-in-law. You and those important to you are important to all of us anonymous souls too.

Dear Carla this is for your Allison

God of the Universe, God that has created all life, guide our thoughts toward Allison and have them enter her mind and body helping to give her the fortitude to fight and the courage to get well. Lift our prayers into the tree tops and onto the wings of birds. Let our prayers soar to the heavens where they will gain strength and therefore give her comfort and support so that in these trying times she can regain health in the knowing that so many people are thinking and praying for her. Holy Father, Holy Mother take Allison into your arms and give her the ability to get through this difficult time. Amen

As always Carla, my thoughts and prayers are with you, and also Jason and Alison as well as the children. I will continue to think of you all through the day and over the weekend awaiting further news (only good I hope).

Love,
Karen
